think i will get banned?

alright, well i used my brothers phone today to go online and check my auctions. my account is new on ebay. well he right after got an e-mail saying that paypal paid his fees on his suspened account (and he has been trying to get it back) so he tried to log on and see if it had been reinstated. well stupid me didn't delete the cookies off his phone. DO you think this will be caught and i get suspended?

Yes...you are linked.

But that doesn't necessarily mean your account will be suspended because of this. It usually takes a lot more than just using someone else's computer/phone during a one time use. :rolleyes:
