I am trying to use thunderbird to reply to 3bay questions without logging on to 3bay.

My understanding was that you could reply direct to the ebay encrypted email by the REPLY button, and this would reach the customers email rather that ebay messages.

I am getting the above failure notice.

I prefer thunderbird to gmail

any ideas thanks in advance
