set IP from a different country

i am based outside of the UK and want to continue selling on ebay uk. as with many i have been shut down numerous times and am using this advise to hide from the bas**rds!

my main problem is the IP address, that i am guessing needs to be from somewhere in the UK??

i have come across this site;

iprivacytools - can't post the whole url as i am a virgin to the forum!

and wondering if anyone has used it or has any advice towards it?
