A Litter Mixed info, I was curious what can Ebay/PayPal see on your PC when you make a New User Account away from what you are currently using?

A new user account is essentially a new PC as far as ebay/paypal is concerned.

They see a cookie/history free platform which is why it's good to get some history developed by browsing around a bit first.

Creating a new user account separates cookies that's pretty much it... but there is a way to contain those cookies per account on the same user account so you can multitask on multiple ebay accounts on the same user account.
