ebay track with facebook

Hey there
I entered the same facebook account with all my windows user accounts
Can there be linkage of the various accounts of ebay?
ebay have 1 account on each Windows user
I mean
because I've noticed
was one of the accounts I track ebay an article
and had open facebook
ad advertising now I followed up on ebay account when I enter appears facebook
