Possible erasing all linkable info in laptop to use new stealth acc on it?
 

I have a laptop totally linkable with old suspended account through cookies etc.

I wouldnt like to format it nor to create new windows account and log into it everytime I want to check this new eB account (as will only check this eB account on this laptop anyway)

Is it possible to erase all linkable info of old accounts in order to use it 100% safely to log into new stealth eB account?. As I suppose erasing all cookies,temp files of browser and then unsinstalling it and installing it back again will not be enough?:confused:

Some people might recommend CC Cleaner but you can always go a few routes:
1. Portable Browser
2. New User Account

its possible but tedious, new account is the way, i could probably find quite a lot after you have used your best tools to clean, ccleaner is a joke.

With the new user account option:is it a safe idea if you dont wanna be logging on and off everytime to check ebay just to cut and paste your desktop/my documents etc stuff into the new user account desktop and begin using it as the main one?. I guess that wont link anything as long as all is data files like pictures,videos,shortcuts and nothing from windows/old user data folders, right?.
