Ip Change Help ????
 

Okay i'm looking at buying a Stealth Account. I have done a bit of research as I can't currently shell out anything as far and funds as I need to save up for the EB/PP acct which i would like to get over the next few days. I have tried everything to get my IP chnaged.

Changed out the Modem
Added a Router
Changed the MAC address on the Router
did the IP release/renew
Reset The Router and Modem

Then after looking most available information is 2 years old.

Any Thoughts?

I really need to get all this stuff out of my room by summer lol Better half is not happy as she wants a craft room not tons of stuff piled up.

You can use your smartphone as a hotspot and get a new ip that way.
FYI: there is a lot of up to date information on this forum that can give you multiple ways to solve your ip problem. Just need to look. Stealth book is a great start.

Hi, welcome to the forum.

Could you please be more specific on what you are doing, who is your ISP and how do you check your IP?

These 2 steps got me quite shocked...

Do you have a modem and a router connected together? :shocked:

ISP is Windstream

Have a modem and then hooked a router it.

Using ipburger for an IP check

Do you know if the IPS is Static or Dynamic?
