Getting a Canadian IP address using Canadian dial up
 

Im in the US, and I have been experimenting with calling cards and dial up providers with access numbers in Canada to get Canadian IP addresses.

I have found one calling card/dial up company combination to work, but connection speeds are very low usually... (between 2.4 and 14.4 bps.) It does give me a Canadian IP address though, which is good.

In Ebay stealth it is suggested to get a long distance calling plan on your phone line itself... Im wondering if that would connect at a faster speed? Anyone doing this?

I'm using them, no problems.

How varied are the IP addresses they are giving you?
When I looked into VPN, the IPs were sequential, and all on the same class C.

Im asking for a mass ban by doing that... :(

Dial up crawls, but at least you can use access numbers in different cities using IP addresses that are drastically different.

Best bet is to contact them directly.

They do not have dynamic I.P.'s- that I know.

MadVPN is another outfit- though I have nothing to report about them.
