Ebay Seller - Need Advice about Cookies

As I know :
1 Windows User Account : 1 IP : 1 Ebay Account : 1 Paypal Account
It's ok ? Right ? But will I have to clear browser cookie each time I want to log into my ebay account on each windows user account ? Or each user account will store cookie on different place ?

Yeah, no you're fine.

You do not need to clear cookies/flash objects between user accounts. All you have to worry about is your IP Address. Easy eh?
