Does Joelister share info with Ebay?
 

1, I signed up for Joelister in Novemeber
2, In December my Ebay was suspended.
3, January I canceled Joelister and registered my business in IL (where I live).

The DBA name of my business is almost the exact same as my Amazon seller name back with I had Joelister selling on Ebay (and the DBA is exact same as my Amazon seller name now).

Due to this history of using Joelister between Amazon and Ebay, can I use my this business EIN for a new stealth Ebay account (EIN was created after joelister was cancelled)?

I forgot to mention
lets say if my business is ZMTO LLC, and during the time I used Joelister, my Amazon seller name was ZMTO.

If I use the name ZMTO LLC with paypal business, will new Ebay account recongize the name ZMTO and raise red flag?
