New hard drive.. anything that can be tracked?

I have recently installed a new 2.5 SATA SSD on my Macbook Pro. I did transfer some files and programs to the new drive by connecting the old drive via USB cable and clicking and dragging... my network settings are all new and I am good to go on that end, but anything else that can be tracked? Or is this basically the same as getting a new computer?

You seem a bit paranoid, what exactly do you think ebay can track? Ebay can only track your IP and cookies....other than that you don't really need a tin-foil hat.

Not as bad as you think, you can run VMWare and be completely safe.

I Amazon is your concern... you posted in the wrong section :p

Btw, you are good, they can't track your SSD or HD :thumb:

You're fine.

I would be interested to hear your setup beyond a new hard drive.
