Terapeak can link?

I have suspended my ebeay account. i changed my ip and by mistake i entered to terapeak for 2 second i even diidnt see if i was logged in or not i close tab.
my new account can be linked?

IP alone is not enough to get accounts linked, but the only way you'll know is by waiting to see. Hopefully you're okay!
