Will PayPal will link my eBay account ?
 

Hi !

I have small query before creating a new account.

I have a new unlinked eBay id with a fresh PayPal and its have a new bank account in India .
One day i have added a new bank (ONEMORE) to id due to some reason but i didn't verified it by the PayPal verification process and removed it after few hours as i changed my mind .

Today i am creating one more fresh unlinked eBay id and i need a bank account for that , i am worried that if i add that same bank account to this PayPal will they link it ??

Will they link my eBay id as well ??

Please help me with this !

I would say yes. I wouldn't risk it if I were you.

You can use the same bank (but different account numbers) for multiple PP accounts but not same bank account number for multiple PP accounts. ;)

Do not risk using the same bank account - get a fresh one.

Yes that will get you linked.
Paypal maintains records of every account's history - which includes bank accounts that were added and even those that were later removed.

Hi,
I have a question. To increase the limits on my new Ebay account, Ebay is asking if I have another account. If I give them the username, phone number and zip to my old account would Pay pal link the 2 accounts?

Don't give out info to eB like this - just because YOU think it's good to show history does NOT mean eB will like it.

This has nothing to do with PP ...yet but eB will link you and PP can see links if they need to look deeper (down the road).

Thanks, one more question. I forgot what DOB i put in on my PP registration. Would they ever ask me for it?

There are few threads about DOB and pp registration - best to look for them. I haven't had personal experience where PP US has asked me for my DOB on file but if you are limited and asked for ID, you can be assured that you will be asked for ID with DOB.

Recommendation for future accounts to keep track of ALL info.

Found that one - there are a bunch of other threads....I used key words in advanced search "Date of birth".

Post #31 - although copied from someone else - seems to work to find the DOB

I have a question. I have a new PP account and a new Ebay Stealth account. Am I able to link them together? Thanks

If they have never been used on any other accounts, then yes. If you have logged onto them using a IP that was used previously on a limited/restricted (Dead) EB/PP account then you could lose both. But if you created them using stealth technique's you should be fine.:spy:

Yes as others have said, once you add a bank account to paypal it is stored within the account's history indefinitely.
