Using a Linux VPS without SSH, it it possible?

Is it possible to setup a Linux VPS so that a SSH login isn't needed?

So that the user can just login with a VNC app, in the same way you can with a Windows VPS?

you can create a shorcut on you desktop that will auto login to you linux vps.
