Using your stealth account on a cell phone
 

Hello everyone, new user here and I just bought my first stealth account! I have not logged in or touched it yet, and I read the instructions that came with it and I have a few questions and ideas.

One, can you use a stealth account over your phone if you are using mobile data only (not connected to your WiFi).

Two, if yes, can you bypass the need for an IP service, if you use the account exclusively on your phone and on your phone data plan only?

Yes you can but you CAN'T use use the Ebay/PP app if the following have occurred:
1. You have used the phone with another account with the app

If No to #1, you would only be able to use 1 account on that phone.

What?
Your phone's LTE/4G service still provides you with an IP address.
Yes, you can use your phone's Data plan to stealth.

Thank you for your response, I was unaware that your mobile data also had an IP address. :noidea:

My situation is that I had my first ebay account banned a few years ago, and I had used my phone to access that currently banned account. So I would imagine that I now cannot use my phone to access my new account. I have switched to a new phone since then, but I still have the same carrier.

Yes, any device that connects to the Internet has some type of IP address.

I personally would recommend that if you plan to use your new phone with a new stealth account....that you use a regular web browser and not use the apps.

Thanks for the advice, you guys are super helpful!

To be safe, I will probably just buy a cheap prepaid smart phone from Walmart and list all my items using that phone. It seems that it would be a simpler option than using a VPN service.

So just to clarify if i use a old iphone 4 say just for steath paypal/facebook/maybe ebay just stick to using 1 browser and same payg sim and wont have any problems?

I have only used different users on computer so perhaps other ppl have experience with this.

Right the trick is not to get linked.

So as long as you truly understand the basics as written in ebay stealth.

Ideally I try not to use a mobile IP pool due to its limitation.

I havnt got any problem with android users yet (in Australia). Anyone got any issue?

I use phones to stealth 1 phone per eBay/PayPal. Using phone data only. Brand new phone for each.

Hi,
So i also got banned on my current phone and am using stealth only on pc. How can i use stealth to access EBAY PP APP on banned phone. Should i just clear ebay data off phone or factory reset? can i use vpn before opening the apps, would that work?

The only way to use the same phone would be to reset the phone and ONLY use a Browser, You can never, EVER use the App again with a new account.

Does this mean I can reset my computer and use it with mobile tethering for a sheath account?

There's no need to "Reset" your computer, you can make a new user account and use the mobile tethering for stealth account. Unless you don't do anything important on your PC, I guess you could erase everything and start fresh.

Could I use my Kindle for creating the stealth account, taking and uploading pics and creating the listings on Wifi. I have never used this kindle with my old Etsy account.

I have in the past logged into my old account using my phone at work on the public Wifi (work at a casino). If I use my Kindle on the same public wifi witht he new stealth account, will it be detected?

Erase the phone completely and to be super safe use iShredder to Securely Erase iPhone's with Military Grade Data Deletion or just buy another phone!!!

Use a new data SIM card and you will be able to use the apps again

1 account for 1 phone only

If you have multiple stealth’s use multiple phones

I use four iPhone 5s EE network top each one up £5
500 GB data 30 days

Using stealth’s on phones is a dream for me, so easy to manage!!!
