linking Ebay account through paypal
 

Hi guys,
i have 2 ebay and 2 paypal accounts.
1st active ebay account has a generic name, new email but i use old address which is linked to suspended account. my 1st paypal account linked to this ebay account was never suspended, even though it is linked with my old suspended ebay account.
my second ebay and paypal account has all real information - new email, address, phone IP etc.
the question: i want to update my 1st paypal account info with my new address (which means, it will have the same address and name as the 2nd paypal account but different bank account and email). If i do that and if my 1st ebay gets suspended, will my 2nd ebay account get linked through paypal (since both my both paypal accounts have same name and address BUT have different banks) ?
I know this is confusing and would appreciate any advice :)

I once personally called and asked something similiar to this, they said yes, once they suspend your ebay for wrong information, even if u come back with another one provided real information, if they link it, they'll suspend it too, once ur suspended, they don't care anymore what u do, ur gone forever from their view
