Re-using Ip address
 

I have static Ip address but already used them , I had some accounts shut down on those Ip addresses, I was just wondering if it is possible to use new accounts on those same ip address, I have head that they wont link you just for the IP addresses. It is a pain to pay every time to comcast for new IP address any update there

Since it was a fix IP it will be quite a strong link on a brand new account. I would not use that same IP address.

Many ways to get a new IP, I did not know you had to pay to change it... how much money we are talking about? Few $?

How a bout a USB Internet Key? You will have a brand new pool of dynamic IPs to use just for stealth.

Shouldn't reuse ips, it's an easy way to get linked, if you don't want to do it through your ISP, then you can go the VPN / VPS route instead or use mifi, etc

Yea definitely not worth the risk. If they don't limit you right away then they will keep a close eye on you (something you don't want). It makes it harder to build trust.

Agreed.. don't reuse the Ip address.

Look into a verizon mifi off ebay.. those are cheap and it's on/off for a new IP.
