BoZZr | 07-14-2016 02:25 AM | how ebay and other online shopping sites bypass you VPN :welcome;Anybody have any idea about this? recently Amazon detected that I was using a VPN and blocked my 3 rd account. That was very irritating as I was using it for last 6 months. I searched on this matter and found a solution for this.
How do they detect that we are using a VPN?:humble:
Well, this is a fair question. don't blow up your mind thinking about this. Most online sites always give extra attention to the customers IP address.
Suppose I am using a VPN and masked my real IP and use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ IP from any other country. what websites do is , they have automated scripts running and track the geographical location of my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ IP and then fetch the local time of my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ location. They will then compare this 'time' with the time they fetched from our computer. Suppose the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ location I am using is having a local time 6pm and my actual time is 5 am. they can easily conclude that we are running behind a VPN. all these is possible due to a flaw in a service called WEB rtc of your internet browser.
Bypassing VPN leak
we can easily prevent this problem just by stopping the WEB RTC of our browser. :typing:Just google their exits many plugins to deactivate WEB rtc plugins for chrome and mozila. (I personaly dont use ****ty IE :deadhorse:) |
