Idiot Entropay support?
So I have made an Entropay account and as soon as I tried to load it, was told to verify my card with a small charge. This went thru but I was then asked to enter a 6 digit code supposedly attached to the entry on my card statement, but there is none.
I contacted the card issuer and asked for the code. They tell me there is none.
I contacted Entropay and they told me an alternative is an authorization code. No go either, I later found out.
I told Entropay all of this and even suggested sending in a copy of my statement but they just keep repeating themselves over and over without actually reading my replies... |
