Perhaps OP should clarify as to which VCC he is referring.
Many other VCCs (other than Entropay) do offer the expuse code instantly.

Sorry, I misread your opening post.

I thought you were asking when the expuse code appeared. The last time I used Entropay (a long time ago) it was two working days but it's good to see the codes now appear instantly.

I wonder if that means the Paypal will get limited even faster when using Entropay.

If your address matches your ip location city then you wont get limited
i know the exact ip / location api Paypal uses, don't wanna say it here
