entropay restricted my account !!help

hello there
yesterday entropay restricted my account ...
now i created another one with defrent name ,,,,,
my question is
why i cant use my old cc to topup in this new account >?
what i have to do to use old cc to topup as before in my new account
do u think if i asked entropay to close my old account i will be able to use topup cc again in my new account ? \

what were you doing on entropay to get resticted. Generally with them its very simple to have it reinstated. Just give them what theyre asking for and it will be sorted, unless you were doing something seriously wrong eg. fraud.
