eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Is Entropay still good for EU verification?

What about revol ut, n 26 and other similar mobile solutions? Some of them offer a visa/mastercard on your name. Would you recommend them or any others you've had experience with for card verifying an EU PP account?

Entropay is problematic. Paypal blacklisted them.

I'm essentially asking which of them are still viable options for EU PP card verification without withdrawing. I don't want to have my accounts under scrutiny or straight up banned for using the wrong card provider, which has been over abused.
