Problem loading fund to entro pay vcc?
 

Hi All,
I attempted to load fund into my new Entro Pay VCC card using a Visa Gift Card. I had 30AUD and it didnt go through for 20USD+.00cents loading fee. I thought may be the conversion is higher so I purchased a brand new Visa Gift Card for $50AUD still cannot load the fund into my EntroPay VCC card...

I have checked my Visa giftcards online and both have available funds and are active, in fact, one even had a purchase taken out for TrialPay...

Has any one had this problem before with EntroPay and what did u do different to fix it? I have sent them a ticket...

Did you register the prepaid cards? Possibly entropay is trying to address verify them and TrialPay does not.

i load funds from my local bank credit card 10 times but failed! I sent the email to the support entropay. and i wait the message. Is anybody know whether the entropay could accept the paypal payment?

entropay does not accept paypal funding. You need to use a credit or debit card. If that card is MAESTRO it may not work sometimes. You should use VISA if you can. Also the amount should be at least US$10.00. I load US$20.00 to cover fees etc

i using local credit card load to entropay in first time has problem but after contacted to customer service by email i using this normally i like entropay and this master debit card but fee is so high to me

Can you create an entropay account using a prepaid gift card e.g. Barclays Gift Card?
Would a gift card give entropay my address from the credit card I used to purchase the gift card?

no you must load entropay with a proper debit/credit card

Tryed to fund an entropay using a US-bases VCC - Didn't work

Dont know if it's because US-based vcc or because it just wouldnt take any vcc, any eur-based, to fund it.

Can anyone confirm?
