 Topping off entropay declined
So im making entropay cause to purchase on ebay and was able to do 50.00 first purchase. But second time topping it off, I got the following message

I'm using a address on entropay that is not my billing address. Is this the reason and I should have registered with my regular address? I did email them saying im getting it for my employee
