Hi, I have received the email from Entropay they ask me to explan why I send the money to myself to Skrill account?
Can anybody give advice what to answer?

First, why do you still use Entropay?
There are a lot of better alternatives.

I have had similar emails when I send money out of my entropay account, I tell them the truth and that it's quicker and cheaper than withdrawing to my bank from Entro, and they accept

For withdrawing there are lot of sites which are offering IBAN's

One negative side that all this sites will ask you to be verified client.
But despite that.
It's a lot safer, and very cheap if we compare with entropay.

Unfortunately I can't use this solution as I have several PayPal accounts. There in Latvia goverment can pay attention to my account if there will come money from different peoples and I would be asked to pay taxes.

That's not a problem at all.
Just open stealth IBAN accounts and withdraw funds by debit card directly from ATM.

How do you imagine to open stealth bank account by attending bank?

It's obvious that only way to get stealth bank account is to do that online.
