Entropay 431380xxxxx cards. This bin accepts paypal withdrawals?

Anyone still using entropay for paypal withdrawal?
New entropay accounts has visa cards with bin 431380xxx, are these cards good to withdraw paypal balance?

Entros are no good for certain countries. And in these countries that are ok with entro, and do not cause instant ban, you still need a pretty strong account to use it.

You mean instant limitation after first payment? Is this because of entropay card added?

It is either a limitation once the card is added or a limitation after the first significant sale.

On USA PP Entropay will cause problems. I made the mistake of adding this VCC BIN and was limited within a few hours on those accounts asking for bank/CC statements.

For US accounts it is a big NO NO NO for years already.
