Just been on my Entropay accounts (I have two). Everytime I try to create a new card by transferring part of the balance from an existing Entropay card I get a system error coming up. This has been like this since yesterday. Creating a new card from your registered debit card still works fine though. I've emailed Entropay about the problem and am awaiting reply. Hopefully it is just temporary and that they have not changed the rules regarding funding new cards.
If it starts to work again or I get anything back from Entropay, I'll update the thread. In the meantime, can anyone else with an Entropay account verify that this is the case or is the problem just on my two accounts? |
