as long as your operating just one ebay/paypal per windows user then thats fine.

Cookies can be a good thing if your windows user accounts are seperate for different ebay accounts so dont delete them or it may prompt ebay to ask you to prove who you say you are via documentation etc.

Thank you guys now I got it.
Now I only pray that pp won't find out who I'am from my real credit card.
I figured out later that i could use entropay VCC to get the 4 digit code and than add my real card only for withdrawals. That way it would be safer for me because they won't took 1.50 Euro from my real card.
But I already did this so they took 1.50 from my real card and now I only hope that they won't find me :doh:
If it fails and they find a way to track me down, I will try option with VCC.

You can 100% not withdraw to a cc in the UK.

Well guys I was asking about Latvia because I'am originaly from Latvia and I have a bank accounts in Latvia and can make as much credit cards from there as I like.
However currently I'am in UK and have a bank accounts here as well :)
The withdrawal to cc is only available in these mentioned above countries including Latvia, so I'am not doing this for UK.
I'am trying to find a way to sell on ebay from one of these countries and withdraw money ofcourse. Think I found 2 ways:
1) Stealth PP account with real credit card from Lat via
2) Stealth PP account with bank account in UK
I have another question if anyone know, if I will fund my new stealth paypal from my real credit card, can it give paypal a reason to close my stealth account?
I mean is there a way for them to get my real name if I will fund my account with my real credit card?
I'am asking because I need to buys some thing on eBay through paypal, so I need somehow to fund my paypal with money, what is the best way to do so?

Entro pay is dead in the water, do not waste your time. You can verify account with it, but when you try to withdraw you will get limited by pp. I guess 2 many people used entro for scams and PP put an end to it

So it's only 2 ways than:

Should I fund it with my CC or should I fund it with VCC (note funding! upload funds not withdraw)

Actually there might be a way to use entro and some other VCC, but I will keep you posted on that subject as soon as I have results

@zmajns, sounds like a plan - keep us posted - perhaps only withdrawal to entro VCC is rough.

Just tested it!
I have an account in one of these countries who accepts withdrawal to a CC. My Entr o pay VCC was linked to this PP account since a while, but never used it to withdraw. 2 days ago, I tried to withdraw and 5 minutes later the account got suspended.
They asked for a NEW card and a Photo ID.
I thought it was usueless, but I wont let it go without giving it a try.
So I went ahead and sent them a Photo ID and added and confirmed a new VCC.
24 Hours later they asked for additional infos : the New CC Statement. I made it and sent it to them...
Today my account was restored.
But I was still concerned about to RE-Withdraw to the Entro VCC, but I did it anyway... Now it's been few hours since the transfer was initiated and the account is still good :clap:
So it may be good news for those who have already an Entro VCC linked to their PP :)

Sounds great let us know if the withdrawal will be ok to Entro VCC. If if will then :amen:

Adding entropay vcc, to a country that accepts cc withdrawals , will give you either an automatic limitation after a min or it will give you that error , where you cant even add it.

I tested a few countries and it seems entropay is officially dead as far as withdrawing goes, even adding is horrible.

Hope something gets fixed soon.
