Tried withdrawal to Entropay VCC from an account registered in Latvia, took about a week, but worked.

Was your entropay account registered under the same name as PayPal account? Have you succesfully taken funds out of your Entropay?

Entropay can be registered under your real name, as VCCs that you create will not have any names on them (when such card is used, any name can be used and the transaction will work). Yes, I transferred lots of funds to Entropay without any problems.
