entropay refunds issue?
 

Hi Guys

Just wondering if any of your guys were having any issues with entropay merchant refunds in the last week of so?

They have been all over the place with my account, missing payments that I know should of showed up in my entro account by now.

anyway feedback would be great..

refund should show within 3 days...

a paypal payment you mean, paid with entropay? yes it should go straight back to the card...

my account has been restricted numerous times, every time i try to fund it it gets restricted, funding with maestro doesnt work anymore.

used it to pay some fees, then about 3 weeks later it got refunded for no reason. this has happened twice and entro said it was nothing to do with them.

when you talk about refunds do you mean refunds you have requested, or refunds that have been put back on the card without you asking?

as above, ive had 2 refund sent back to the card without me asking.
