paid eb fees with entro and 3 week later it got refunded?
 

ive paid eb fees using "one time payment" and used entro card.
all went through ok, then 3 weeks later the payment got refunded.

i then created another card, did it again and it went through fine.
then 3 weeks later the payment got refudned.
the message on the account was "PayPal Chargeback -- Payment Disputed by Account Holder"

i didnt ask for a refund and entro have said they didnt request it.

anybody else had this happen and does anybody use entro to pay fees with one off payments?
