Im new here and would like to say hello after looking around this forum for 24.

i opened one of these in a random name and then realized that i want to use another name to open payapl, so i tried to use the create a new card link, when i get to the name this card , do i name it the name i want to use with payal ?? or do i need to create an full new account .

Though I am not completely sure to what you are referring, you want to change the name on the paypal? You need to open a new stealth separate paypal.

i need to use entropay to verfiy an account i am going to use with paypal in the name of 123 .

i have one entropay account in the name of xxx now.

in my xxx entropay account there is a link to create a new card do i just call this card 123 and use that with the paypal account 123

or

Do i have to open a totaly new entropay account under the name 123 .

Oh - I hear you can create sub-entropay accounts with any name that will work with Paypal, I would recommend you make it in name 123 - you just need to match address info.
