Few days ago I received e-mail from Entro regarding some Terms and conditions update. Well thats not whats strange, but something caught my eye.

What im wondering is, since now there are two partners what are the chances for new CC numeration?

Maybe it is based on country? UK members what Entropay numbers you have?

Ive contacted them to ask for the new virtuals issuied by Transact network but they say to me that only theire plastic cards are issuied from transact network , maybe we will see some changes after some times , i think that entropay loose money since paypal have banned theire BIN's with new virtuals entropay could bypass it .

look I am getting tired of this united nations chorus of 'entropay no worky in my country'.

For withdrawals it is finished, for adding to pay fees and buy etc, it is ok in most countries...

vcc do not work for withdrawal only bank issued real cards, in some countries remaining.

I can verify cortex may be right about christian, I tested a couple of things he said to me, admittedly a while after he said they worked, and they did not work, it may be the rules are changing rapidly or maybe it is just a method difference...

I for one liked my visa withdrawal, but because it got messed up by scammers and too much use, its gone.

I guess Luxembourg still doesn't work for it. I made a new pp today and used a entro vcc and gave me an error. I guess it doesn't work at all for it then or ever will. Sucks!

I would try making another virtual card. Sometimes you get "bad" ones it seems, and I have had this error before. So I don't think it's your country.

I read Lux was part of the countries it won't work with from the forums on here.

And I did try another card along with it. I even put 15+ euros to be 100% sure. And still had the same error. Then the account got an email from pp saying it's limited. Thank god I only went to verify the PP before doing anything else.
