johnnyleeds | 02-21-2011 04:26 PM | Accounts dramas with entropay Well if its not one thing its another! I have used Entropay for years now without any problems, but a couple of weeks ago I got an email from themsaying my Entropay account was suspended until I provided copies of documents - passport / drivers license + copies of my credit cards / bank accounts used as funding sources and a copy of a utility bill registered to me. Now this is taking a liberty . Anyway to try and sort it out ASAP I sent the copies of these documents, only thing is one of the credit cards that I used as a funding source for Entropay a year or so ago I no longer possess. I think it got maxed out or I lost it or something. Despite me sending all the other documents they are still demanding I send a copy - i.e, a scan of this credit card that I no longer have. What can I do? I have already emailed them to tell them I no longer have this card and I am awaiting their reply. They are having a laugh doing this to me. I have never done anything remotely suspicious with my Entropay account, in fact what has prompted them to suspend my account is that I took up their offer and applied for a plastic Entropay card that can be used in shops and to withdraw money from ATM's etc. Has anyone else ever had any problems with Entropay? Maybe somebody should write an Entropay Stealth Guide?!
kind regards
