EntroPay Support Follow-up - What is this???
 

I've received today this e-mail from Entropay:

Dear xxxx,

Your EntroPay username is xxxxx.

Whilst carrying out a random security check , we have noticed that your account needs further verification, and we have temporarily restricted your account.

Can you please explain why you have so many VCC's. Please note that if you are reselling them, that is not something we allow.

We would also appreciate if you could explain where the funds being loaded on to your account are coming from.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes but we trust that you appreciate the importance of maintaining appropriate security standards for our customer's accounts.

I have 5 vccs created and I used entropay to withdraw funds from paypal. Since entropay is not helping me anymore and I don't use it since december 2010, I don't want to send any information.
Did anyone receive this e-mail from them??? :suspicious:

Was you withdrawing a lot of money onto these cards? Perhaps this triggers an red flag with Entropay.

Have you phoned them for more information?

Under $100 were withdrew from paypal to each vcc. I usually use the money received in paypal to buy things from ebay.
They have my phone number if they want more details.

How do you withdraw your funds now if not entr op ay?

I don't withdraw the funds from paypal anymore. I wait 10 days after I receive the funds in my paypal and after that I buy things from ebay. This works with an old ebay and feedback more than 15.

So, nobody received this e-mail?
