Help with EntroPay
 

Hi guys, created an entropay with correct info and everything. But when I go to transfer funds to a new virtual card, I am not prompted to add my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details.

My only option is to change the name of the card.

Is this normal??

Use your REAL details on Entropay.

Use your stealth details on ebay/paypal.

My understanding was that I create entropay with real details, then I create another virtual card with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details funded from my original vcc.

Or do I just use real entropay account to verify Paypal/Ebay, and them having no way to access all these real information.

The virtual card should also be in your real details (name wise) but when you use it for PP, you write a f*ke name - wont make difference, EP will let it go ok.

Basically you guys are saying open EP with everything legit and just add it to Paypal???



Moreover, the name on my cards is EP, do I put my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name as 'name on card' when adding to paypal?

You make one EP main card.

You use the main card on EP to make new virtual EP cards - using your real name.

These sub cards are used for PP. ON PP, you type in the name of your registered account.

Pass Go - Collect $200.

I guess I know what are you talking about, When you are creating new EP they will ask you for the card name, Thats only for EP record..like you are giving the card a name, But when you will use it online, the name will be given to any website is EP..Bank of V Malt... , so feel free to add any name

to start entropay you fund the card with your real ID.

You have funds in it: you make a virtual card with some of those funds.
This virutal card is for paypal.:juggle:

Strangely, I didn't require ID for mine.
Opened an account and was given a default virtual card.

Then I opened up another 1 and I will use this one for verification.

Not every EP account ends up asking for ID - yours did not which is good - just go at it nicely.

Problem with Entropay
 

I managed to open my EntroPay account without ID. Unfortunately today, I received a mail asking for this.

However, when I logged into to check it out. My account looks normal and the status of the support follow up is 'resolved'.

Anyway ever encountered this or understand whats going on?

Look mate, by default EP will ask you for :
1- Photo ID
2- prove of address
3- front and back for your funding source.

even if they will not going to ask you at the beginning they will when you will create your third or fifth VCC.

YOu will face a problem if you will request the plastic card before you send these documents, so why do not you cut it short and send them the docs and request the plastic card/

Notes:
if you want to make your EP account in a good working condition:
1- do not keep more than 5 active VCC in your account.
2- If you will add any new funding source email them the front and back of the CC even before they ask.

Never come across this before.

You are opening the entrop ay acc in your real name and address aren't you?

It is not normal practice for entro pay to ask for ID unless they have concerns.

You got the problem because of the info you submitted. Either wait and see. Or start looking for another card.

YOU made the error with one wrong piece of info. And that might have cost your using entropay

Hmm I have never asked EP to send me a plastic card.
