can i use entro pay cc to add them on canada paypal accounts, or other country paypals?

not sure.i use entropay with a paypal account in the uk..and seems fine..

Not for any USA IP based account/

Canada should work but it will depend on how you create the entropay account.

Does not work for Antarctica :pout:

Bit generalized other countries ;)
