Regarding countries that allow credit card withdrawals (paypal) has anyone had any luck withdrawing to entropay VCC?

sorry from very good experience, I cannot know from where you're based but in the Us & Uk, Entropay is not reloable at all. You better of using a reload prepaid card, it is also considered under a category of "Gambling and Tabacco" by their risk management software in many banks. In addition, banking institutions in the us have outsource a company that operates internally, and considered EntroPay a risk to banks and therefore they warn you not to use this service with their bank.
