Entropay Card Limit - huh?
 

My default Entropay card is called 'Entropay Virtual Card'. I have 2 other virtual cards on this account under different names.

I am attempting to transfer funds from my default Entropay card to another virtual card on my account. But I keep receiving this error message on the "Transfer Funds" page -

"The limit on your card 'EntroPay Virtual Card' has been reached. No further funds can be added."

It's weird because it's letting me fund my default card, yet I'm told that no further funds can be added. There is currently only £1.05 on my default card. Never come up against this message before. The most I've ever had on this particular card was around £50. So confused! :noidea:

Don't worry, the minimum transfer amount needs to be £1 and the transfer fee is 10p. Therefore, I don't have enough. Duh!

(I've had a virus lately that's made my brain go a bit loopy. Don't judge me!)

I get that virus every night - after about 4 vodkas :lol:

Did you try calling them up?
