Refund to Entropay
 

Hi,

just got a refund through paypal for a purchase which i made through an entropay card. Has anyone got any experience in how long it takes for the funds to show back on the entropay card?

it's always different for me. sometimes it takes ~2 days, sometimes up to 7.

Have had refunds to EP done before...one was 3 days, another 7 days - think 7 days is considered tops of the range.

Anyone recently had success with their entropay bins that can work for paypal withdrawals?

Timing is country dependent for me.

UK refunds are 5 days average.

Australia is longer 8--20 days.

EU refunds are between 3--5 days.

Just thought that I would share my experience on this.

I made some purchases on the 16th by Entropay but they were refunded the next day since the seller got limited (was he a stealther? lol). They hit my Entropay account today, so 3 days from refund date. I am in the UK.

I have been searching for an answer to this question.

I am due a refund back to Entropay, but I deleted the Card in question.

It is almost a month since I purchased the item.

The seller cannot fulfill the order.

So what happens to the refund?

Does it disappear into a Black hole or will it be diverted to my PP balance?

It's a couple of £100 so a little nervous.

Maybe I do know the answer myself.

If the original card has been deleted that funded the purchase, will the refund be reflected in my primary card on Entropay?

I hope that makes sense.

In addition....

Can someone advise how I can add my Bank Account to Entropay to withdraw funds please?

Al I see is a Swift and IBAN code?

Hey, does anyone know how long it takes for eBay to refund you 1.00 charge back to an entropay card? thx.

2 - 3 days same as paypal

I had the same issue. The refund just went to my wallet instead thankfully.

it will go back to wallet check your activity tab it must have been refunded by now



you can add the account from setting it on top right setting icon
