Can Entropay be used to withdraw?
 

Are you able to withdraw cash to an entropay VCC?

Or do they at least work to verify as a VCC - if so how much do you have to load onto them?

In the UK they do work for PP

I put £1.10 onto mine, the £0.10 so I can transfer the funds over to another card if I want to afterwards.

If there a limit on how many VCC's you can have?

So you only need to load each card with £1.10 to verify a paypal?

To verify a PP you need to add a bank account

None that I know of, I have had well over 100 in the last 3 months alone. Again, this is for Entro UK though, US may differ.

I just tried to open an account and it looks like the minimum amount you can "top up" to your card is $20.

And if you load 20 on, could you possibly get 1 card in the mail and transfer all your funds to that one card and withdraw from that one?

Yes that is correct.

You fund your main entropay account with at least $20.00. You use part of that balance to create your virtual cards to use on PAYPAL

You can not withdraw to it.

So once you open the first card - you can then add just a dollar to the next card you open - or do you have to add a full $20 to that next card and then transfer it to your main card?

I'll try to explain.

You create an entropay account and get account numbers. No card gets sent to your address. You operate online with entropay.

Like I said you put a balance of $20 on the main card. Then when you make the virtual card for paypal you fund that with at least $5 taken off the balance of the $20. Fees are included. the balance reduces by about $6.00. That can be used again. You can top the balance up on the MAIN card by transferring funds from your payment source.

Anybody know any countries where its still possible?. As I understand It no longer works in the "withdraw to card" countries in Europe. Maybe there are others.

The old favourites appear to have stopped.
