entro checkout errors ?
 

evening all.

has anyone had ebay checkout errors paying for there bought items useing entropay as a funding source?

reason i ask is ive always had problem paying for exact amounts i noticed if the exact sum in my entropay balance and the item i bought on ebay is the same or slightly lower amount the payment wont ever go through i will always get a 10486 error.

i usually make sure theres a bit more on the entropay balance and then i will go through ok every time?

frustrating as im having problems paying for a recent item i bought and there's funds in my entro ( just under what item cost ) but i have rest of funds in my paypal to make up the payment but i just keep getting a 10486 error.

anyone come across this? there must be a % you need to make sure is in your entropay balance on top of item cost.

Specifically to eBay UK? Been doing purchases with EP on USA and CA eB checkouts without issues.

It seems to convert it to Euros and then back to £ at the moment. Noticed it for a few weeks. Better to put a few £ extra on the card - Generally solves the issue.

You will only get charged the amount in the invoice, but you do need to have more on the VCC than the invoice amount.
