Today i received this email from Entropay.

While reviewing your account, we have noticed that you have created 22 EntroPay Virtual Visa cards. For fraud control purposes we would appreciate if you can provide information as to why such a high number of cards is being used. Your account is fully operational and your VCCs are active. However do appreciate that in order for us to ensure that we keep fraud under control, we might need to restrict your account if we do not receive a reply within the next 3 business days.

Thank you for your co-operation on this matter.

Has anyone received this email and what is the best reply to not raise any suspicion?

Best action would be to delete some of the cards.

There are 3 different types of Entropay account: Basic, Starter and Premier. Each one has set limits for card creation: 1, 10 and 20 respectively.

Depending on what method you use to create the cards, these limits are easily bypassed. It is however advisable to stay under 20 cards, no matter what account you have.

Many thanks,I have a premier account. i will delete some cards and send an email appologising that i went over the limit.

Just checked my account I only have 13 active cards. i must have already deleted 9.

Is this a common issue with entropay, or have i done something wrong?

I emailed entropay and apologised for.....making 22 cards and having 13 active cards and after a few minutes i got a reply saying i have passed the review. weird.

is it ok to delete the cards once you have linked them to paypal?

So long as you don't need to use them to fund PayPal or eBay, then yes its fine.

is there any entropay alternative?
I found refer to VCC, seem always entropay on ALL of countries. Is there any alternative?

Can I use entropay vcc to funding another entropay vcc?

Entropay is the best option.

You don't think entropay will see that you are trying to fund with their own vcc? :eek: they aren't idiots...
