Default Interesting !

When I reached my 400 Euros Limit - didn't ever know that there is such a limit on one of my Entropay VCC The Card Balance went different from the Available to Spend Balance and I found out this "The Available To Spend amount is the amount that you can spend now without reloading your card.

Sometimes it will differ from the Card Balance.

This is because when you make a purchase, the merchant places an authorisation on your card to 'reserve' the required amount, which is then 'settled' (transferred) across the banking network shortly afterwards (usually within 7 days).

Your Available To Spend amount takes into account merchant authorisations; your Card Balance does not, and is only updated when transactions are settled.

Note: Occasionally your Available To Spend amount will show as 'N/A'. This usually means that the banking communications network is very busy and you should try again in a few minutes.

Did someone know when am I gonna have access to the other part of my money ! I have like 48 Euros right now in my Card Balance but I can't have access to them to spend it ! Thank You !

Best suggeston as it is too hard to say when the balance of the funds would be available is
sign into entropay and send them a help ticket outlining your problem. Response time is usually quick.

I still don't understand the "available to spend" and card balance on entropay.

Mine always fluctuated, even when I wasn't buying anything. Weeks down the line after no purchase, the available to spend would be at zero, when I still had like, £8 in there. Wierd.

you sign up with real details and real card loads it, then you can change address option.

I am finding if you keep at least £3 on it you are ok, and let mature address for 3 days.

entropay is now working fine, after a few probs for many of us, was showing as an unsupported card on error messages for ebay, I can confirm I have tested this and it is no longer happening ( for now).
Its great for Paypal still too.

^^^ have you contacted entropay to see what is happening? Several days is a long time. Sign into your entropay account. Check if you have messages from them. Sometimes there are messages there instead of an email. Of late, entropay have asked new clients to supply a copy of ID & what the card will be used for: if there is nothing, send a message to check the situation. Let the forum know the outcome.

You will need a new bank account, yes. It must never have been associated with a suspended account AND it must have the Direct Debit mandate. Current accounts work, savers do not.
