Entropay driving me nuts!!!

Ok so Iv been waiting for the safelink code to go into my bank so I can get the account verified so I can start using my new PayPal, it's now been 5 days Monday morning I started the process off!

I emailed them obviously and heard back this morning and they said how sorry they were for whatever reason the safelink code has'nt worked but another alternative is to go onto the transaction I made originally where I topped up the entropay with 15 pounds and in the statement there will a authorisation code so I could use this instead to verify the account.

However iv rang Barclays and they have just told me that they do not give out verification codes at all to customers so I'm not sure why entropay have told me this would be a alternate method of verification!?

Has anyone experienced similar problems if so how was it sorted out? I can't starry selling on eBay until I get this PayPal set up correctly so I'm getting very frustrated so any help would be welcome

Isn't the code something you can retrieve from your statement?

No it did not appear on the statement so they told me to ring my bank for it but my bank simply said they don't give these codes out to customers!

I'm thinking about just forgetting it and getting a different vcc I'm really hacked off

Why dont you use a cc to fund EP instead of bank?

Instead of using your bank account to transfer funds to your Entropay cards you can use a real plastic credit or debit card , so instead of adding your bank you add a real card and the funds are transferred instantly to your Entropay card and you can confirm the cards to verify the account and just log on to your online banking or online credit card to see the $1 transaction with the code

Entropay is great, don't give up on it yet great way to get many cards fast from the comfort of your home, beats paying $25 for a visa vanilla card X 10cards is $250 if your looking to open 10 stealth accounts, with Entropay depending on conversions for the day you can make 10 cards for only $22 that's $223 cheaper using Entropay and whole lot faster ( all my figures are US accounts so USD)

I just recently started using Entropay since January and it has made making accounts much easier , I made 30 accounts in one month with Entropay

At first they questioned why I had so many cards, but a simple email cleared everything up, I can have 20 active and I have deleted 10 to make room for 10 more and just replaced those with visa vanilla cards

Visa vanilla are better I feel ( at leat for US accounts , and the expiration is 6 years, so eventually I like to have my accounts with a Vanilla card , but to start the account off, to save money and time Entropay is the best, it's like using a VOIP and a VBA , all temporary components yet not to shabby to open accounts quickly while keeping cost down

Than as u make money you add better components, trac phone , vanilla card, real bank

Wow thanks for that detailed reply mate....the thing is I can get the entropay account topped up with a different card but it won't let me top up with the debit card linked to tge bank account as it says I need to the verification code first....iv not done a bank transfer yet thou I might transfer some more money into the entropay via bank transfer then hopefully the transaction code will work this time...it takes 2-5 working days so I may just have to wait
