Entropay country limited?

Hi,
I have an Entropay account registered with my UK bank card (newbie with Entropay and started to create stealth accounts last month)and UK address. I created an UK stealth account and added a VCC card, works fine.

But I was going to get the VCC for a HongKong China account, can’t add the VCC. So wondering if I registere an account with Entropay by using my UK bank card, that means the VCC I can get only works for UK PAYPAL?
