Entropay problem to withdraw money

are entropay not allowed withdraw money from third party?
my entropay account under review after i withdraw some money from my stealth account...they ask me how relate this account with my entropay account.
somebody help me please

Seems like OP was trying to withdraw to Entropay....some PP platforms still allow withdrawal to cc
