I have never had any issues with Entropay

You are meant to use your detail details to create an Entropay account, so ID should not be an issue

Used correctly entropay is fine.

About 3 years ago, they started to make more enquires for ID.

Their customer base expanded more internationally at the same time.

I've been topping up with Natwest for 4 years with no problems. What issues are you experiencing?

Wonder if it's the bank account being used instead of their card(s)

Just topping with a card. NW's fraud dept are usually all over it, which I have to clear it. I've asked them to 'whitelist' the transactions in the future, whether it will work is anyone's guess.

Of course it is. You attach the bank account to the paypal and withdraw. This does not really have anything to do with Entropay though.

I didnt express myself good. In Croatia you can only link to US bank account. Withdraws go through credit card.

I need a way to withdraw money to my bank account.
I am asking is it possible to withdraw money from Entropay VCC to bank account in Croatia ( I pressume not)

You cannot withdraw from Paypal to Entropay VCC.

Sounds like your going to need to find a VCC that you can withdraw to, or get yourself a US bank account.

I have Payoneer. Can I use it as bank account to withdraw money from paypal? I already received their card. Also I have US pymnet service details like routing and account number.

Will it be problem if paypal is registered on one name and Payoneer card on another? I mean will Payoneer reject payment coming from different name?
