Deleting an Entropay card
 

Hi, made an entropay card but accidentally filled one of the card details wrong. I cant figure how to delete the card and make a new one. No money is loaded atm

help appreciated, thanks!

What do you mean you filled out the card details wrong?

Which details are your referring to

Also confused - you don't fill out any details to create a new card...

Top right hand corner says 'add new card' which will create a card.

You cant delete the first card on the account.

oh, I accidentally Put my initials as the name on the card, would that be a problem?

I havent been able to change my account type to get a new card as when i verify email and use the activation code, it sends the same one and comes up as invalid

The door number and post code need to match to pass the AVS.

Right so REAL address as my bank and not stealth yes?

Are you making the FIRST entropay card? Yes, that must have your real address .

If you are, you could try customer service by email to change then info.

If you are funding the virtual card, then you need no name. The numbers from that card are what you use.

Where does this info go? Do you use this when creating a new VCC?

When using Entropay you do not need to worry about the AVS

why people keep said must use real address? any reason?

If you use a made up address the account will get flagged.

Fictitious addresses are just too easy to spot

Entropay doesnt share info to PP or other services so need to be stealth with them. If you get asked for ID verification, it's a problem if you stealth...well, it can be a problem...
