Entropay now requires me to go premier.
Asking for upload from three sections.
Have everything but the photo id. Do not have a passport or drivers licence or identity card.
Thanks

Hi
I messaged them last night and got up to a message from them this morning.
They have totally diaregarded my question as reply sounds automated.
Have resent another email so god knows if il get one back that makes.sense.

Have offered a birth certificate but have been married so birth cert will have different surname. Also offered to photograph myself holding the.said.card.

Its looking.more likely that if i.dont get this sorted then i will have to buy one or remove one of my cards. I didnt really want to remove a.card though.coz if i wanted.to fund paypal if a.problem occurs, id be done for.

Fingers.crossed, il sort something out.

Can't you get a proper ID?

In my country is quite straight forward. A couples of photos and maybe half an hour queue in the office and you are done.

It might be the easyer solution.

Hi....yes going to look into this.
Have checked out identity cards.online and.you have to go into a.centre. Apparantly theres only 4 areas in the uk that have centres and they are all a.long way.from me.

Have messaged them again but fear there reply will be automated. Do they take calls do you know. Really want to resolve this as fast as i can

Yes after hours you get the automated response which is always follwed up with a reply when they are open again from a actual person.

If your surname is different, you will need to prove why it is different.
Ie: Marriage certificate.
